My username is ALynnL, but you can just call me Lynn! I've been a Deviant since 2007, when I graduated high school. I used to do anime fanart, but then I switched over to photography because I wanted to something a little more... real. I also write fan fiction, because I love to write!

It's been Forever and A day

My GOD, I can't believe that it's been so long since I've written a journal entry here.  Where has the time gone? What has me in more utter disbelief is the sheer number of pageviews I still have!  Over 11k for the years I have been here.  Not bad, since I'm not overly famous or anything. Man, where do I begin?  I guess at the beginning.  I have gone through a lot since my last update.  To put a very long story short - I graduated college, got a somewhat stable job as a substitute teacher, and I have tried my hardest to keep on writing.  It has been a struggle to remain creative when I have a lot of hardship at home - my dad lost his job a

Simple Reflections

It's been a long time coming for another update. Since my last journal, I have graduated college, I have worked another summer and I have met some of the most amazing people with the newer fandoms that I have joined.  And I also felt like I have strengthened old connections, trying to truly understand my own family better and communicate with them.
